9th Annual Russian Music Competition, 2012 The teacher must be a member of TYMA Association for this year
All instruments and levels as well as duets are welcome to audition. Any instrument other than piano needs accompaniment.
| Qualification: | Participants must be between the ages of 5-18. | | Repertoire: | One original selection of any Russian - Soviet composer (by memory); if a performer is applying with more than one selection, a separate fee for each selection is required. | | Performance Time: | Early level – up to 3 minutes Intermediate – up to 4 minutes Advanced – up to 6 minutes (other repeats of more than a few bars should not be played) | | Application: | Deadline for application is September 30th. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE TYPED WHEN SUBMITTED.< HANDWRITTEN APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.< All applications submitted after September 30th will need to include a $10 late fee. After September 30th, no applications may be submitted without approval, by e-mail (njtyma@njtyma.org) from TYMA. | | Audition Fee: | $55 (non-refundable) to be submitted with Application (free gift for all students auditioning)

ALL JUDGES’ DECISIONS ARE FINAL. | | Remember to bring completed (TYPED ONLY) application form as well as music for judges. A written evaluation will be provided to the student. | | Reminder: | Duets can share Recital Fee! The photography, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance or the possession of any device for use inside the theatre is strictly prohibited. | All tickets can be purchased in person only from November 14 until November 22 (Monday thru Friday 2:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) at the audition place, please call before you come ( 732-424-0101 ). All payments are payable by cash or check to: TYMA. Tickets will not be mailed.
